1.	Interpretation
1.1	In these conditions:
	"WEBSITE"	sales@solarecopanels.co.uk
	"CUSTOMER"	The party who enters into any form of discussion, with any installer, relating to any products or services advertised within this website, and who may also appoint by verbal and/or written instruction, the installer to carry out the agreed installation.
	"INSTALLER"	The approved system installation company and member of the network, who is also responsible for any associated works required in order to fully complete the installation.
	"INSTALLATION"	The agreed system installation and any associated works.
	"NETWORK"	The website’s directory of approved UK installers.
	"CONTRACT"	Means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods.

This website facilitates the introduction between the customer and the installer.

All approved installers within the network are separate legal entities and are not connected to this website in any way, except for their inclusion within said network.

In order to gain approval and qualification for inclusion within the network, all installers must have achieved, over a sustainable trading period, a pre-determined high standard of service and must have also met certain criteria including; 10 year performance guarantees, national awards and testimonials.

This website is not liable to any terms of agreement made between the customer and the installer regarding any part of the proposed design, and/or part of, or all of the completed installation or similar. This website accepts no liability for any breach of agreement between the customer and installer.

Any written agreement made between the customer and the installer as of a result of an introduction through this website, are wholly between the customer and the installer.

All written quotations are provided by the installer. This website accepts no liability for any price agreements, customer invoicing, interim or final payments relating to the installation.

This website accepts no liability for the performance and durability of part of, or all of the completed installation or similar. All guarantees and/or warranties regarding the performance and durability of the completed installation or similar, are provided by the installer.

This website will not enter into any verbal or written dispute or correspondence concerning the installation, or any events connected to, or as of a result of the installation.
